Monika’s Story

Monikas Kitchen was born from a lifelong love for food and a dream to bring people together through flavour.

Before opening her own kitchen, Monika built a successful career of 12 years in banking and insurance in India, followed by 7 years in hospitality, healthcare, and manufacturing in Australia, working with reputed organisations such as Australian Unity, Pride Confectionery, and Cadbury across Melbourne and Perth.

Yet, no matter where life took her, her heart always stayed in the kitchen.

Deeply inspired by Punjabi cuisine that is rich, warm, and full of tradition. Monika turned her passion into reality by founding Kardam Venture Pty Ltd and launching Monikas Kitchen.

Today, she welcomes you to enjoy soulful, homestyle Indian meals, prepared with authenticity, consistency, and care. Just like food made at home.
